If we do one thing wrong, assumptions can be made that don’t work in our favour. I had an issue with my labour card, the wrong ID was submitted. Volunteers at the Dignity Centre were able to help me rectify it. You ensured the labour office knew the mistake was honest. It’s important that staff are aware of the different challenges we face.
