A 3 year plan for Refugee Support Europe

Until now, we have rarely made plans for more than about 3 months. With limited resource, and dealing with emergencies on camps controlled by governments, future operations have always been uncertain. And anyway, John and I were only meant to be doing this for one year!

But people keep migrating and governments continue to fail them. They need a chance to rebuild their lives and we want to help. We also know that many of you want to help as well. So we have put together a plan for the next 3 years in order to meet the challenges.
