RS Express – Volunteering in Greece

Keeping up with Katsikas

Our free shop continues to open without fail every Monday to Friday, and is staffed as always by our hardworking volunteers. We pride ourselves on ensuring that the shop is always fully stocked for the 1000 people on camp, because consistency, reliability and dignity is right at the heart of what we do.

This week, we were also teaching the kids at Katsikas camp to fly!

Volunteering in Greece – join our Facebook group

For all current, old and potential volunteers, we have set up a Facebook group to help volunteers connect, find out more about volunteering in Greece, and plan their trip. This week, new member Joana Monforte is looking for other volunteers arriving at the same time as her in March:

‘Hello! I will arrive at Ioannina airport on March 10th evening. Is there anyone arriving around the same time?
For those who will be there on the week of March 10th and March 17th, have you already booked a place to stay?’

If you’re a volunteer and are planning to arrive at the same time, let Joana know on the Facebook group or get in touch with us.

If you’re interested in volunteering in Greece, are planning to volunteer and are looking for other volunteers to stay with, or have any other questions about volunteering, join our page today and say hello!

If you would like to join us for dinner and the workshop but would like arrange your own accommodation, the cost is £25. You’re also welcome to join us for just the workshop or dinner.

If you’re joining us for dinner, please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements as soon as possible.

Thank you for reading, and we’ll see you next week.

Please contact us today at if you’d like to find out more about volunteering in Greece.
