Refugee story : Rehaab

Rehaab uses two discarded bed frames to keep her four children nearby while she does morning chores. She clears the bedding away so there is space for her children to play, then hand washes all of their dirty clothes.

Her husband left Syria first to try and get settled in Europe. He made it to Vienna and has residency there. Since then, Austria has said it is not letting any more refugees into the country, leaving the family in limbo. Rehaab has already been waiting at the camp for six months.
