We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Cyprus as the new Coordinator of the Nicosia Dignity Centre. This is a full-time leadership role supporting displaced people, who are often left without the essentials or the support they need to begin rebuilding their lives.
Our Dignity Centres are safe, welcoming spaces where people are treated with respect and humanity. As Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining this environment, leading a changing team of international volunteers and ensuring the services we provide are delivered with care and consistency.
The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced Coordinator during a handover period, before gradually stepping into the lead role as the project develops.
